What you’ll do: Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Prepare thoroughly for each session, understand audience needs and program objectives, adapt your facilitation style, use interactive techniques and tools to enhance engagement and retention, and manage session logistics including technology setup, materials, and onsite venue coordination when required. Deliver core and bespoke programs aligned to business priorities and capability frameworks. Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, learner-centric, and grounded in adult learning principles; support participant engagement, manage group dynamics, and foster a positive, psychologically safe learning environment. Collaborate with instructional designers and program leads to review and refine content. Participate in design review sessions and post-session debriefs; provide facilitator insights on content flow, clarity, timing, and engagement strategies; flag opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback loops. Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent the facilitation perspective in team discussions and planning. Actively attend and contribute to the Learning Community of Practice; stay current with best practices in facilitation and adult learning; participate in professional development and coaching provided by the Lead Facilitator; create a cyclical cadence to gain feedback on your facilitation style and impact. What we’re looking for: Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging learning across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats—facilitating conversations, not just content—and creating space for learners to participate and lead with vulnerability. Strong grounding in adult learning principles and inclusive, learner-centric design; proven ability to support participant engagement, manage group dynamics, and maintain professionalism, presence, and emotional intelligence. Collaborative mindset with experience reviewing content and offering actionable feedback based on delivery experience; ability to partner effectively with instructional designers and program leads to ensure readiness and relevance of materials. High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and openness to feedback; a continuous improvement mindset with accountability for the quality, consistency, and impact of facilitation; proven commitment to ongoing professional development and self-directed learning.
